Don’t even look at the Baltimore Sun today; it’s far too sad. There’s a 4.4-mile stretch of Interstate 95 with “worn decking and joints,” supposedly.
Well guess what fixing those things, whatever they are (and, no, I will not Google them), means? “[H]eavy traffic congestion during peak travel times” for eight whole months, also known as all of spring, all of summer, and most of fall.
See ya. I’m gonna go look into chartering a helicopter.
