Francesca Ripple, owner of Francesca’s Bridal and Francesca’s Atelier, will open a second bridal location at Green Spring Station on Joppa Road in Lutherville. Francesca’s original bridal store on Belair Road in Nottingham, Maryland will remain.
Francesca’s second bridal shop – also called Francesca’s Bridal – will carry different designers than the Belair Road location, as well as veils, accessories and jewelry. Exclusive designers like Badgley Mischka, Rivini and Eugenia, among others, will fill the new store, and Francesca’s will be the only shop within a 60-mile radius to sell the brands.
“I have a strong passion for working with brides, as I have been dressing them for 16 years,” said Francesca. “After so many years it feels like the right time to expand our business and what better place than the same area as our other new store to further develop the relationships we have made.”
“Francesca has had wonderful success with our shoppers at Francesca’s Atelier,” said Tom Peddy of Foxleigh Enterprises, one of the owners of Green Spring Station. The shop was just named one of Baltimore’s Best by Baltimore magazine.
“We have always focused on unique, local merchants that give our customers a distinctive shopping experience and believe Francesca’s Bridal is a great fit.”
The store is set to open in fall of 2015.
