A Crofton man who referred to himself as “the joker” and up to 25 guns in his house was taken in for a psychiatric evaluation after people who work with him expressed concern and contacted the authorities.

When police arrived at his house, he was wearing a T-shirt that read, “Guns don’t kill people. I do.”
