Bottle of Bread has been providing Baltimore with super cute, exquisitely inspired clothing, furnishings, and art for over a while now. But only recently did the doors to the actual, brick-and-mortar Bottle of Bread shop open. You can now pop into the lovely little boutique in Fells Point for all things charming, dainty, a little rough-around-the-edges, and yet totally dreamy. We love the model at Bottle of Bread that combines well-worn vintage classics with unique pieces made by local designers and artisans. Whether you’re looking to dress up your living room or yourself, Bottle of Bread has the kind of exceptional pieces of chic we just love.
Some of the coolest stuff at Bottle of Bread right now is lovely, not-too-fancy jewelry. Perfect for summer are the handmade, faceted wooden bangles made by local craftsman John Bernet of Mindful Carpenter. If you’re more about the earrings, they’ve got a fab line of one-of-a-kind gems by Evan Cornish-Keefe that features crystalline glaze on porcelain. And those are just the smallest offerings. Bottle of Bread’s new home truly creates a boutique/gallery/place-you-just-want-to-live-inside-of effect. And while maybe you can’t actually move in, you can at least take a little bit home. Trust us—you’ll want to.
Bottle of Bread is located at 2007 Fleet Street in Baltimore. For more information, visit its Facebook page.
