So, you’ve got your whole romantic Valentine’s Day weekend plan taken care of. Dinner reservations? Check. Gift? Check. Card? Check. Kids who don’t like the idea of being left out of all the fun? Hmmm. Gotta deal with that one, too. But never fear! The Irvine Nature Center– that place that kids and adults love all year round, is hosting a fabulous “Kids Night Out” this Friday– so the little ones can be magically whisked away for the evening while you get a few hours of your own Adults Night Out. Now there’s a novel idea. Kid’s Night Out is simple enough, but comes with everything that makes for a super fun Friday night for youngsters. Participants will enjoy a night of (indoor, non-freezing) nature activities. They’ll do arts and crafts, have encounters with the center’s animals, play nature games, and (of course) enjoy pizza for dinner. Spaces are limited, and the evening is open to children ages 5-9. So make your reservations now, and guarantee a quiet, romantic night for yourself, and a perfectly fun evening for your little one as well.
Kids Night Out at the Irvine Nature Center will take place Friday, February 13th from 6pm-9pm. The Irvine Nature Center is located at11201 Garrison Forest Road in
Owings Mills. For more information, or to make a reservation, visit www.explorenature.org.
