It’s easy for clothes to look good on mannequins and hangers, and in store windows. But when the all the baristas at a super hip new coffee shop (Spike Gjerde’s Artifact Coffee on Union Ave) are sporting your duds, you know you’ve hit on something. And where does the Artifact Coffee team go to be outfitted? Hunting Ground—a new boutique just off The Avenue in Hampden. Hunting Ground specializes in that rare combo of amazing vintage finds and choice picks from independent designers. Not only that, they also do what they call “in store pop-up shops” (think a rotating mini-gallery of items and accessories curated by your friend with enviably perfect taste).
This month’s pop-up is called STOCKPILE and was curated by Melissa Moore. Some of the designers include Fort Standard, Ladies & Gentleman, Pat Kim, Nikkuu, and DMFD. It’s up until October 14th and the items are unique, so we recommend swinging by sooner rather than later.
Hunting Ground is located at 3649 Falls Road Baltimore, MD 21211
