One Day Only: Peabody Plots Pop-Up Concerts Around the City

catch of the day fish (2)Peabody students are set for some musical mingling with the masses this afternoon. Students and faculty from the conservatory are set to fan out for a series of pop-up concerts around town, designed to delight both the ears and the sight of classical musicians outside the concert hall.

Fitting such high-caliber musicians, the schedule is ambitious. The 42 musicians, which include faculty and staff, are set to divide up and make their way around locations like the Pratt Library at Penn and North, Penn Station and the University of Maryland Medical Center.
