Here’s a scam you probably haven’t heard of before. Howard County police say three relatives were sealing driveways in Laurel with a mixture of black paint and gasoline.
Not only that, they didn’t honor their quoted prices and didn’t give receipts, police said. Come on, the least they could have done was give receipts.
Unfortunately for them, they have some pretty memorable names. Paul Frank, 48, was arrested along with his son Spanky Frank, 19, for contracting without a license. Ace Frank, 22, is currently being sought.
