Students Treated for Drug Overdose After Police Break Up Frat Party Near Johns Hopkins

Four students overdosed on drugs at a fraternity party near Johns Hopkins’ campus over the weekend.

According to CBS Baltimore, police broke up the party in the 200 block of E. University Parkway around 11 p.m. Forty students reportedly scattered once the cops arrived.

Police said four students were taken from the hospital to Union Memorial Hospital, where they were treated with Narcan. They were believed to have overdosed on an opioid.

According to WBAL-TV, the¬†party took place at the Delta Phi fraternity, also known as the St. Elmo’s frat. The fraternity was suspended following the part.
