Tuition at University of Baltimore is $3,300 per semester for in-state students, $9,000 for out-of-state. But for all freshmen starting in the fall of 2014 and afterward who graduate on time, that last semester is on the house!
It may not be the classiest way to try to curb “flagging graduation rates” and encourage enrollment. But college is plenty expensive, and a $3,300-$9,000 rebate is definitely something.
But here’s my idea. How about if the students graduate on time and then can’t find employment relative to their field of study, they get all their money back?
