The local court system will be asked to consider the commode, as a woman is suing the City and contractors over an exploding toilet in her home.
According to Fox Baltimore, Angela Wright says that she was “blown off” her toilet in 2014, and she still hasn’t seen any repairs. Wright said the toilet backed up, and she was covered in…well, you know. A similar incident also happened in the summer of 2014, but Wright was not in the bathroom at the time. Wright’s lawyer told the station she is still suffering from the “enormous blows to her psyche and physical self.”
Wright says city contractors from Spinello and Heitkamp Incorporated were supposed to clean out the sewer lines, and make repairs, but the $14,000 in work was never completed. Now, she is seeking $225,000.
