Among some people, emoji are rapidly replacing words as the preferred method of communication. To help broaden communication options, enterprising graphic designers in San Francisco have come up with a set of city-specific emoji:

Which begs the question: What would a set of Baltimore emoji look like? Here are some preliminary ideas:
- A tiny Ray Lewis in mid-squirrel dance
- A block of rowhouses (one of them boarded up)
- A crab
- Edgar Allen Poe
