Baltimore Police arrested two men Wednesday for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl during a Halloween weekend party at a Johns Hopkins frat house.

Chaz Haggins, 20, and Ethan Turner, 19, both of Reistertown, face multiple rape charges in connection with the Nov. 2 incident. They are not students at the university.

The rape allegedly happened during a party at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house, located in the 2900 block of St. Paul St. Haggins and Turner allegedly forced the woman to perform sex acts on them in a bathroom of the frat house, according to NBC News.

University administration banned frat parties in the wake of the incident, the school’s. But the moratorium was lifted after the Interfraternity Council voted to ban “open” frat parties where people who weren’t invited are present, and increase the presence of sober “student monitors.” Sigma Alpha Epsilon was immediately suspended, pending a university investigation.
