There’s a little something for everyone this weekend in Baltimore, from a music festival dedicated to music from video games, to a monster truck rally, to an awards show honoring local drag performers.

New Kids On The Block, Friday, Aug. 16, gates open 5:30 p.m., show starts 7 p.m., Merriweather Post Pavilion. Throw it back to the ’80s and ’90s, when NKOTB first arrived on the block. After disbanding in 1994, the group reunited in 2007. New Kids On The Block released their latest album, “Still Kids,” earlier this year.

Music Under the Dome, Friday, Aug. 16, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., Maryland Science Center. Listen to the music of Queen and view imagery set to the tunes under the science center’s planetarium dome.

Monster Trucks, Friday, Aug. 16, through Sunday, Aug. 18, CFG Bank Arena. If you love the Hot Wheels trucks when they’re tiny, just wait until they’re monster-sized. Watch trucks do cool tricks and battle in a demolition derby during the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party.

The Baylor Project, Friday, Aug. 16, through Sunday, Aug. 18, Keystone Korner. The Baylor Project is a wife-and-husband duo featuring Jean Baylor and Marcus Baylor. They are 7-time Grammy nominees and an NAACP Image Award winner.

Charm City Wellness Expo, Saturday, Aug. 17, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Middle Branch Wellness and Fitness Center. Saturday’s Wellness Expo will feature a smoothie station, cooking demos, health screenings, rock climbing, fitness classes and chair massages.

BitGen Gamer Fest XVII, Saturday, Aug. 17, 3 p.m., Ottobar. Come out to the 17th BitGen Gamer Fest, where you can jam out to music from the soundtracks of your favorite videogames performed live.

Paw-lates at the Zoo, Saturday, Aug. 17, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Maryland Zoo. Participate in at 60-minute pilates session and chat with one of the keepers of the zoo’s lions, Zuri and Hassan.

Drag Awards, Saturday, Aug. 17, doors open at 7 p.m., mix & mingle at 8 p.m., award show begins at 9 p.m., Power Plant Live! Celebrate Baltimore’s talented drag performers as they are honored at the annual Baltimore Drag Awards. Brooklyn Heights will host.

Federal Hill Beyond the Views: A Monumental City Tour, Sunday, Aug. 18, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Join Monumental City tours for a guided walk, exploring iconic Baltimore landmarks in Federal Hill.

Geology of Baltimore, Sunday, Aug. 18, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Baltimore Inner Harbor, Geologist Sam Glasscock will lead a tour of the Inner Harbor and teach about the rocks that comprise Baltimore’s buildings and monuments.
