Ancestral Wall Hangings Workshop, Saturday, Aug. 24, 12 p.m., Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture. Artist Aliana Grace Bailey will lead this workshop in which participants will create a mixed-media, fiber-based wall hanging collage to honor their ancestors. Participants can brings a small family keepsake to attach to their collage, such as a piece of cloth, button, or printed photograph.

During this pop-up event along the Inner Harbor waterfront, SalsaNow will lead dancers through salsa, bachata, merengue and more. All skill levels are welcome and the event is free.
