Explore the Adaptation Showcase and Accessibility Experiences!
Thanks to the expertise of MSB’s Orientation and Mobility Team, participants will have the chance to engage with a variety of experiences designed to highlight the remarkable adaptability and skills of individuals with different visual abilities. The Adaptation Showcase will demonstrate the significance of mobility aids and techniques in navigating daily challenges.
In our Accessibility Experiences area, interactive activities will foster awareness of the diverse ways people with varying levels of vision engage with the world around them. Learn about the strategies and tools that empower individuals to lead thriving lives.

While exploring, be sure to check out our variety of other attractions, including:
- A blind taste-testing adventure to engage your senses.
- An accessible KidsZone and Playground, perfect for family fun.
- A sensory-friendly first hour.
- Live music starts at noon.
- Hands-on tactile arts experiences are provided by local organizations like the Maryland Natural History Society, Clayworks, Port Discovery, and Make Studio.
- A Maker’s Market showcasing local creative makers and student entrepreneurship.
