This winter, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant wants to make sure families throughout Baltimore are a little warmer. Beginning last Wednesday, Dec. 12 and continuing until Christmas Eve, Monday, Dec. 24, Gordon Biersch will host the 1st Annual Winter’s a Brewin’ Warm Clothing Drive.
Gordon Biersch will collect gently worn coats, hats, scarves and gloves at the restaurant’s first location in Baltimore at 1000 Lancaster Street in the Harbor East neighborhood. All of the items collected will be donated to local organizations throughout the Baltimore area and distributed to local families.
Those customers who donate items to the clothing drive will receive a ten percent discount on their check, a souvenir picture from Baltimore City’s own wide receiver LaQuan Williams (while supplies last) and a chance to win a pair of signed game cleats from Williams.
The 1st Annual Winter’s a Brewin’ Warm Clothing Drive is sponsored by Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, The Baltimore Sun Insider and the LaQuan Williams Foundation.
