The rides! The quilts! The horses! The blooming onions! The Holstein futurities! The Maryland State Fair is just a few short weeks away, and this year there are some new items they won’t allow in. As announced Friday, fair-goers will no longer be able to bring:
+ backpacks
+ coolers
+ large bags
+ wheeled carts
So, I guess many-tiny-uninsulated-bags-you-don’t-carry-on-your-back it is! Or if you’ve got the resources, perhaps you could get away with carting your stuff around on a dogsled. Just don’t come off disorderly. They’re not allowing that anymore, either.
