Tomorrow night, the Creative Alliance will screen “Nobody Walks,” a movie co-written by HBO phenom Lena Dunham before she was a superstar.
From our friends at the Creative Alliance:
In “Nobody Walks,” A Los Angeles family’s relaxed dynamic is tested after they take in Martine (Olivia Thirlby), a young artist from NY, so she can complete her art film. She moves in with Julie (Rosemarie DeWitt), her husband Peter (John Krasinski), Julie’s teenage daughter Kolt (India Ennenga), and their young son. From the day that the aspiring filmmaker walks into their lives, everything is subtly set off balance. Each character in Nobody Walks experiences a surge of desire catalyzed by Martine’s arrival, forcing them to confront a new landscape that emerges in her wake. Winner, Special Jury Prize, 2012 Sundance Film Festival.
Screening at 7:30 at the Creative Alliance. For tickets and information, visit the website.
