Dear Friend,

Will you help me turn the tide this May?

The Ocean Foundation (TOF) would like to cordially invite you to attend the Blue Vision Summit on May 9-11, 2017 at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

About BVS6:

Blue Vision Summit is an ocean conference (May 9-11, 2017) bringing leaders together every two years to network, build the blue movement and meet with the Administration and Congress. This spring some 500+ people from local, regional and national groups, scientists, explorers and others will attend the Summit, which includes a Healthy Ocean Hill Day on Capitol Hill. Find out more here.

Rally with parents, teachers, students, business owners, religious leaders, scientists, and others from TOF, Oceana, NRDC, Duke University, National Aquarium, NOAA and the United States Coast Guard. Join me as we lead a diverse group of concerned citizens up on Capitol Hill, on behalf of all Marylanders, to let Congress know that the health of the Chesapeake Bay and its deep connection to the ocean matter.

Connect with me, Jaime Sigarán, Maryland State Captain, directly at [email protected] or our Hill Day Coordinator, Lauren Townsend at Blue Frontier: [email protected].

Registration is limited to 500 participants. The earlier you register and connect with us, the sooner we can work together to protect our shores!

Below, are two flyers and a logo to share with your audience via social media (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) and newsletters. Can we count on you to spread the word?

Help mobilize Marylanders this May! United, we can #seas the moment together.

I look forward to connecting with you, your members, and friends from the greater Chesapeake watershed! Drop me a fishing line if you have any questions.
