Festivalgoers celebrated 40 years of creative spirit at the SOWEBO Arts & Music festival in the Hollins Market neighborhood on Sunday.
Despite cloudy skies, artists, musicians, and vendors lined the streets with colorful art, flavorful food, and community celebration.
