Maryland officials released new renderings of what the Francis Scott Key Bridge rebuild is expected to look like when it is completed by late 2028.
Expected to stand for 100 years, the bridge would stretch more than 2 miles long, with two 12-foot lanes in each direction, plus 10-foot-wide outside shoulders and 4-foot-wide inside shoulders.
The bridge would have a minium clearance of 230 feet from the water to the bridge deck above the federal channel.
The two bridge towers would be more than 600 feet tall.
The main span pylons would be spaced 1,600 feet apart, and the cable-stayed main span would exceed 3,300 feet in total length.

Will it have a bicycle lane
A bit more action and a whole lot less talking and concepts (another means of.stalling time) typical of the governors administration, talk talk talk. In.moores case, BS BS BS. As long as that is down, our politicians can coherse bribes, kick back money. Beginning of this year I was submitting bids as subcontractor being told work will begin last June.
No.work yet, just empty talk and pictures of bridges we will.never see, as long as Moore is around. If Moores talking, Moore is lying.
