Earlier this month, a group of protestors staged an overnight sit-in in City Hall to protest Baltimore police policies and the instatement of Kevin Davis as police commissioner–at least until their protest was broken up by police. By the next morning, City Hall was cleared and 16 activists, mostly young people, had been arrested.
