PGA TOUR Superstore, a leading golf retailer in the United States, has signed a lease to open its first store in the Baltimore area.
The Timonium location is planned to open in 2026, with the exact date to be determined.
The retailer’s new Timonium location will have the wide selection of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories PGA TOUR Superstore customers expect. Located just north of Baltimore at 1910 York Road, the new store is just minutes from the Maryland State Fairgrounds and Hunt Valley. Shoppers will find a service-focused, tech-enabled golf experience to meet their golfing needs.

There are more than 50 public and private courses in the Baltimore County region and a total of 192 courses across Maryland. Of the 192 throughout the state, 84 are public, 38 are municipal, and 70 are private courses.
“I’m always able to find the best golf equipment and apparel there,” Mark Evenson told Baltimore Fishbowl. Evenson has been a golf pro since 1990, and is director of instruction at The Suburban Club in Baltimore County. “The PGA TOUR Superstore professional staff is trained and ready to do club fittings using state of the art Launch Monitor technology. When the letters PGA are on the door, you know you’re in the right place.”
Amenities at the new store will be designed to serve golfers across Baltimore County and beyond. They will include an 1,800-square-foot putting green, two STUDIO bays for club fitting and professional instruction from certified pros, and a Golf Simulator Showroom — an area to demo and compare several launch monitors, and where shoppers can shop for golf simulators and accessories. The store will also have three additional fitting bays and three practice and play hitting bays.
