Jill Orlov first spied her future home from the 41st Street bridge while out looking at neighborhoods with a friend. She was in the market for a home, and was intrigued by the stone duplexes along Clipper Road. Getting there was a challenge, but Jill finally found her way there through the one-way streets of Woodberry.
Jill was not afraid to take on a project, and with her background in architecture actually welcomed the opportunity to restore an historic home. Nothing on the street was for sale, so she approached a neighbor that was sitting outside. Click to read more.
