Baltimore Police arrested two men Wednesday for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl during a Halloween weekend party at a Johns Hopkins frat house.

Chaz Haggins, 20, and Ethan Turner, 19, both of Reistertown, face multiple rape charges in connection with the Nov. 2 incident. They are not students at the university.

The rape allegedly happened during a party at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house, located in the 2900 block of St. Paul St. Haggins and Turner allegedly forced the woman to perform sex acts on them in a bathroom of the frat house, according to NBC News.

University administration banned frat parties in the wake of the incident, the schoolโ€™s. But the moratorium was lifted after the Interfraternity Council voted to ban โ€œopenโ€ frat parties where people who werenโ€™t invited are present, and increase the presence of sober โ€œstudent monitors.โ€ Sigma Alpha Epsilon was immediately suspended, pending a university investigation.
