In case you didnโ€™t know what lacrosse is, Mo Rocca is here to help.

The erstwhile media gadfly had a segment all about lacrosse on the weekendโ€™s edition of CBS Sunday Morning. The world learned that lacrosse is a โ€œfast and furiousโ€ and โ€œdefinitely activeโ€ game featuring โ€œplayers armed with sticks run, throw, and battle their way downfield.โ€

Fittingly, the defending national champions from Baltimoreโ€™s own Boysโ€™ Latin are the poster children for the sport, with current freshman Shack Stanwick and his sister Sheehan representing the family that netted 1,000 goals. The segmentโ€™s best moment comes when Rocca talks to a trio of โ€œlax bros,โ€ who educate the correspondent on โ€œflow.โ€ Rocca has okay flow.
