The erstwhile media gadfly had a segment all about lacrosse on the weekend’s edition of CBS Sunday Morning. The world learned that lacrosse is a “fast and furious” and “definitely active” game featuring “players armed with sticks run, throw, and battle their way downfield.”
Fittingly, the defending national champions from Baltimore’s own Boys’ Latin are the poster children for the sport, with current freshman Shack Stanwick and his sister Sheehan representing the family that netted 1,000 goals. The segment’s best moment comes when Rocca talks to a trio of “lax bros,” who educate the correspondent on “flow.” Rocca has okay flow.
