There will be no legal comeuppance for the Browns fan who urinated on Art Modell’s grave.
According to the Baltimore Sun, Baltimore County prosecutors dropped charges against Paul Serbu for his act of posthumous vengeance against the owner who created the Ravens and took the Browns from Cleveland (for three years). The Franklin, Ohio, man was accused of urinating on Modell’s grave at Druid Hill Cemetery in Pikesville, then posting video of the rite on YouTube.
While he won’t see court or prison time, Serbu will still get more air time. He’s agree to appear on the Sirius XM radio show hosted by Modell’s son, David, to discuss the incident. Serbu may even apologize. Let’s just hope he leaves out discussion of the homemade catheter.
