The artwork that decorated the now-shuttered Baltimore restaurant Bar Vasquez will soon be available for purchase.

On Saturday Nov. 6, Towson-based auctioneer Alex Cooper will host an auction featuring items from the restaurantโ€™s art collection.

The Argentine-themed steakhouse, owned by Foreman Wolf, closed in July of this year.

The Roland Park-based restaurant group, co-owned by chef Cindy Wolf and her ex-husband Tony Foreman, owns other restaurants like The Milton Inn, Charleston, and Cindy Louโ€™s Fish House.

Bar Vasquez was located in a 19th-century warehouse in Fells Point, near Harbor East.

The restaurantโ€™s art collection was curated by interior designer Katie DeStefano as part of its rebrand in 2016.

The collection includes the popular print โ€œButterflies in Flightโ€ from Left Bank Art and โ€œHorse in Argentina,โ€ a photograph by Anne Menke.

In addition to art from Bar Vasquez, the auction will sell works from the estate of Debra Joseph Diamond and the collection of actor Joseph Warfield.

Items are available for viewing from Nov. 2-5 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Live bidding begins on Nov. 6 at 10:00 a.m.

Bidding is available online, on auction platforms LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable, and by phone and absentee bids.
