All-day breakfast chain ‘Eggspectation’ has signed a 4,700 sq. ft. lease at the ROOST Baltimore hotel in Baltimore Peninsula. ROOST Baltimore opened in 2023 and Eggspectation will fill one of the building’s new retail spaces.
Eggspectation is expected to open in early 2026.
Eggspectation has local locations in Owings Mills, Columbia, Timonium, Gambrills, and Burtonsville. The menu focuses on egg platters, omelets, waffles, pancakes, Benedicts, smoothies, coffees and espressos, cocktails, and more.
I go to the local corner shop breakfast restaurant place to get that egg and cheese with bacon!
