A new martini bar has come to Fells Point.

NeatFreak opened Aug. 1 in the former Greyhound Tavern space at 1822 Fleet St.

Owner Matthew Steinberg is also co-owner of the Meander Art Bar in Upper Fells Point.

NeatFreak is open from noon to midnight on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. Arrive before 5 p.m. for $10 martinis.

โ€œCome for a daycap or a nightcap,โ€ reads a post on the barโ€™s Instagram page, โ€œthe martinis will flow and the vinyl is spinning.โ€

  1. This once was Walter “Lucky” Stankowski’s Canton Liquor House, a Polish American club room in the shadows of Lemko House and St. Stanislaus Church, with a raucous and vibrant polka jam session on Saturday afternoons over 25 years ago.
The characters that made “Lucky’s” bar great were neighborhood locals, gritty but good-hearted Fells Point originals.

  2. I wonโ€™t be patronizing this place given how he threw the previous bar owners out against their will. Straight up horrible selfish behavior and no amount of quirky antiques or cheap drinks will have me step in that place.
