While you’re enjoying the abundance of art and cultural events at this year’s Artscape expect to see a few pantless festival-goers among the crowds. It’s a protest of sexual assault victim-blaming organized by a group calling themselves No Pants, No Problem.
Brittney-Elizabeth Williams (who participated in FORCE’s notorious pro-consent prank on Victoria’s Secret) and her sister, who goes by her burlesque name Bunny Vishsus, are organizing the pantless protest, which they say will not be carried out as a huge mass of people parading around the festival. Rather, the 400 or more participants will mingle casually at the event. “My goal is to make it look as unintentional as possible,” Williams told the Baltimore Sun.
If you want to participate, the protest will begin on Saturday, June 19, at 12:30 p.m. In Williams’s words, “Get dressed as if you were going to Artcape, but then take off your bottoms.”

My name is Bunny Vicious. I had to spell it Vish’us because FB wouldn’t allow “Vicious” as a last name. Thank you.
