With the crowds and die-ins, it was tough to get a good view at this year’s Monument Lighting. Fortunately, a drone was watching from above.
Just in time for Christmas, the Downtown Partnership released video of the holiday lights coming on at the Washington Monument, and all the fireworks that went with it. It’s a dazzling showcase for the recently-renovated monument. It’s also good to know there’s a way to get to the top without climbing all those ladders.
