At Parts & Labor we believe the best gifts are edible. That’s why we’re making it simple to give the gift of local flavor this holiday season. With our “Build Your Own” holiday gift basket, you can choose a house-made salami, wedge of locally sourced cheese, Kinderhook snack and Woodberry Pantry jam of your liking. Gift-ready baskets will then be available for pick up on December 23rdor 24th. And, as is in-step with everything else we do, each basket helps to support and bring awareness to our local farmers and producers. Swing on by our shop or give us a call to order.

Holidays are best spent relaxing at home with loved ones, not in the crowded aisles of the grocery store. This year, let our Holiday Order Form help you avoid long lines, empty shelves and meat of mysterious origin. Our in-house team of butchers are eager to breakdown, cut and trim locally sourced, pasture-raised whole animals for standing rib roasts, racks of lamb, brisket, pork crown roasts and more. Pre-orders will be assembled and made available for pick up on December 23rd and 24th. We’ll begin accepting orders this Wednesday and continue through Saturday, December 19th. You’ll be
