Ah, Baltimore. The land of weirdos.
Atlas Obscura visited Baltimore recently and, after taking into account John Waters, Edgar Allan Poe and outsider artists, they decided that we live in what โmay secretly be the most fascinating city in America.โ
Although Iโm notably tired of the media trope of Baltimoreโs โquirkiness,โ I have to admit that Atlas Obscura has put together a more interesting list of Baltimore sights and attractions than most publications usually do. Alongside well-known tourist spots like the Poe grave and the American Visionary Arts Museum, the site also recommends that you visit graffiti alley and the 7-11 where the Ouija board was born.

You mean they didn’t include the City Housing Dept…?
I’m willing to grant its label of quirky, but can it really be more eccentric than Berkeley, CA?? (Lovingly referred to as Bezerkely to natives.)
