Man Faces 4 Years in Jail for Burning CVS During Baltimore Riots
The 24-year-old man who is accused of setting the CVS at Pennsylvania Ave. and North Ave. on fire during the riots that followed Freddie Gray’s funeral pleaded guilty on Wednesday. Raymon Carter was arrested after police identified him through video surveillance at the CVS.
