Live Baltimore to Host City Living Fair and Narrated Home Tours on Sept. 27
BALTIMORE – On Sept. 27, Live Baltimore will host its final Buying Into Baltimore event of 2014, from which thirty $5,000 homebuying incentives will be made available. The event will include narrated bus tours of homes currently for sale in Baltimore City, as well as exhibitors from Baltimore City Housing, the State of Maryland, neighborhood and community groups, mortgage lenders, and real estate agents. Buying Into Baltimore is a homebuying incentive, made possible by the City of Baltimore as part of its B-HiP Initiative.

WHEN: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014; workshops begin at 9 a.m., bus tours begin at 1 p.m.

WHY: Attendance at this event will make homebuyers eligible for $5,000 in downpayment and closing cost assistance from the City of Baltimore.
