With the help of the experts at Buying Into Baltimore, attendees will learn how to make the most of homebuying incentive programs such as Vacants to Value, Healthy Neighborhoods Loans, and historic tax credits.
The event starts at Poly but will quickly expand throughout Baltimore to Lake Walker, Union Square and Highlandtown. A shuttle bus will take visitors to these charming neighborhoods where they will take a self-guided cell phone tour, explore open houses, and visit local businesses and restaurants.
More than 300 attended September’s Buying Into Baltimore event and early registrations for the May 14 event indicate another large turnout.
