Bike burglars struck again in Hampden over the weekend. Early Sunday morning, Twenty20 Cycling Co. reported a pair of bikes were stolen from its shop on The Avenue.

The bikes are valued at nearly $10,000 combined. A 2014 Specialized Turbo S (MSRP: $6,000) and a 2012 2012 Specialized Epic FSR Comp (MSRP: $3,300), were both stolen. The burglars apparently broke the glass in the storeโ€™s front window.

โ€œIf you see these bikes out on the streets, call the police immediately,โ€ a notice said. โ€œBoth bikes are very rare and recognizable.โ€

The shop opened for business on Sunday despite the thefts.

The burglary followed a separate recent incident at Joesโ€™ Bike Shop on Falls Road. The burglars in that case were caught on camera.
