Now that the first dirt has been thrown, construction is set to begin on Anthem House. The Locust Point development is the latest mixed-use project from the Bozzuto Group.
Anthem House will be a 100 ft. tall building with 292 condos, and 20,000 sq. ft. for retail and parking. The E. Fort Ave. development will have a “health and wellness” theme, featuring a large outdoor activity space.
It marks a joint venture between two of the city’s busiest developers in Bozzuto and War Horse LLC, the latter of which is owned by Under Armour founder Kevin Plank’s brother, Scott Plank.
“We all must be participants in the creation of beauty to make an impact on this city,” Toby Bozzuto said at a groundbreaking held Wednesday, which was also attended by city dignitaries like Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
