Atlas Restaurant Group’s next venture will be a members-only social club called Rosewater, set to open in late summer 2026.

Located in Fells Point in the EJ Codd Co. building at 1425 Aliceanna St., the club will feature a Parisian nouveau design and rosey colors. The building is also home to Atlas’ corporate office, as well as a Brilliant Earth jewelry store and Patagonia outdoor clothing and equipment retailer.

“Baltimore continues to establish itself as a burgeoning top-tier dining destination, and we’re excited to build off that growth and acclaim by introducing a new era of hospitality with our social club,” said Alex Smith, founder and CEO of Atlas Restaurant Group, in a statement. “Rosewater is unlike anything else in the city, and fills a gap in the market for those seeking a dynamic, beautiful space to make connections and enjoy a high level of curated hospitality and entertainment.”

Chef Aaron Taylor will design menus featuring “globally inspired, locally rooted, seasonal dishes.” The club will also showcase collaborations with a rotating cast of chefs.

Members will be able to sip on signature cocktails, wine, sake, and craft beer at two bars within Rosewater: a main bar that will serve as the club’s centerpiece, and a back bar that will offer a more intimate environment for members to gather. There will also be a billiards room, lounge areas, a golf simulator room, and more.

“Rosewater captures the romance of French colonial heritage while nodding contemporary elegance, creating an atmosphere that feels both inviting and refined,” a news release describes.

The club will be open for lunch and dinner throughout the week, with “unique programming events and social experiences.” On the weekends, Rosewater will host DJs and other entertainers for late night experiences.

Atlas Restaurant Group has 50 hospitality concepts across the country, including in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida. Some of their Baltimore-area locations include The Ruxton, Tagliata, Azumi, and The Elk Room.

In addition to Rosewater, members of the social club will also be guaranteed preferred access at all of Atlas’s other properties.
