Youth in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and other parts of Maryland can receive free meals throughout the summer from local schools and other community partners.
Both Baltimore City and Baltimore County’s programs are available for youth ages 18 and younger.
Sites that are part of Baltimore City’s Summer Food Service Program will offer at least one nutritious meal per day during the summer months.

Baltimore County Public Schools Food and Nutrition is offering daily lunch service with meals that must be consumed on site, as well as weekly bulk distribution of “to-go” meals (five breakfasts and five lunches).
Lunches can be received on site Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Essex Park Townhomes & Apartments, Lakebrook Circle Park, Morgan Properties Community Pool, and The Commons at White Marsh.
On-site lunches can also be received Monday through Friday at the following Baltimore County Public Library branches: Arbutus, Essex, Lansdowne, Loch Raven, North Point, Parkville, Perry Hall, Randallstown, Reisterstown, Rosedale, White Marsh, and Woodlawn. TImes vary by location.
Weekly bulk meal distribution is available at:
- Mondays, 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Kingsville Elementary School, 7300 Sunshine Ave., Kingsville, MD 21087
- Tuesdays, 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Sparks Elementary School, 601 Belfast Road, Sparks, MD 21152
Children must be between the ages of 2 and 18 to receive meals, but they do not need to be a student at a BCPS school.
The person(s) picking up the meals will be asked to provide the age of their child and where they attend school. The child does not need to be in the car and they do not need to live in the area to receive meals.
