Baltimore County Councilman Izzy Patoka wants to require the inspector general to live in the Baltimore region. This comes after County Executive Kathy Klausmeier’s failed nominee for IG, Khadija Walker, said she planned to commute to Towson from Fredericksburg, Virginia.
