Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier is asking the county council to sign off on supporting a key part of the controversial Lutherville Station development.
It’s a clear indication that the project is moving forward.
A developer wants to transform the old Lutherville Station shopping center into a mix of 325 apartments, restaurants and businesses. The project has been stalled for years. Neighbors are concerned about the people who might come there, the burden it would put on schools and the traffic it would create.
