Nate Bargatze, Thursday, Aug. 21 and Friday, Aug. 22, doors open at 6 p.m., event begins at 7 p.m., CFG Bank Arena. Comedian Nate Bargatze will be in Baltimore for two nights as part of his 2025 Big Dumb Eyes World Tour. The two-time “Saturday Night Live” host released his most recent one-hour comedy special, “Nate Bargatze: Hello World,” on Amazon Prime, where it holds the record as Amazon’s most-streamed original comedy special in its first 28 days of viewership.
Candlelight: 90s Unplugged, Friday, Aug. 22, 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., Baltimore Museum of Art. Experience the sounds of the 90s performed by a string quartet under the gentle glow of candlelight. The set list will include songs from the Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Radiohead, The Cranberries, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, No Doubt, Lenny Kravitz, Alanis Morissette, and more.
Rave ‘N Dance – Nevermore Academy Themed Rave, Friday, Aug. 22, 9 p.m., Baltimore Soundstage. Wear all black (Wednesday style) or all white (Nevermore style) for a themed event featuring Nevermore Rave’N dance decor, signature themed drinks, and DJs all night.
Poe’s Magic Conference, Friday, Aug. 22, through Sunday, Aug. 24, 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Lord Baltimore Hotel. Enjoy three days of magic performances and other entertainment. There will be workshops, panels, lecturers, a gala and and an awards show.
B-More Ukrainian Independence Day Food Fest, Saturday, Aug. 23, 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., Baltimore Peninsula. Celebrate Ukraine’s 34th Independence Day with Ukrainian cuisine and beer, live entertainment, children’s activities, and Ukrainian arts and crafts. Admission is free.
R&B On The Water, Saturday, Aug. 23, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., Baltimore Museum of Industry. Come to Baltimore’s waterfront for an evening of R&B music, food, drinks, DJS, bands, hosts, and vendors. Zoo Snooze, Saturday, Aug. 23, 5:30 p.m. Saturday overnight through 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Maryland Zoo. Enjoy dinner and breakfast, games and activities, and more during a sleepover at the Maryland Zoo.

Puppets and Tunes for Kids, Sunday, Aug. 24, 2 p.m., Black Cherry Puppet Theater. Bring the kids for an afternoon of family-friendly puppet performances and music.
