The Baltimore area’s “first and only sewing lounge” sure sounds like a great resource. The Parkville establishment offers sewing classes at all skill levels and gives local seamsters an opportunity to meet. Beginners can get a taste for the craft without investing in a lot of equipment.
If only the owners had looked at the name on paper for a moment before christening it The Sassy Sewer. Spoken, there’s not much ambiguity. But in print, you might assume it’s where the ninja turtles go to pimp out their underground lair.
They must have gotten the hint pretty quick, because they’ve taken to styling the name “Sassy SEWer.”
