You know when a loved one finally admits to being an alcoholic and you have to act like it’s news? That’s what it was like when Gov. Martin O’Malley notified the press Wednesday to say — with a productive legislative session behind him — that he would begin “spending a lot more energy and time giving serious consideration and preparation to what — if anything — I might have to offer should I decide to run for president in 2016.”
Well, it’s nice that he’s finally coming to terms with it, anyway.
