The turf field, tennis courts, and gymnasiums at Friends School are waiting for young, eager athletes of all ability levels to enjoy a full day of skill building, instructional sports, and teamwork. (You don’t have to be an experienced all-pro player to play here.) Every day at Sports Camp, there are skills to be learned, friends to be made, and confidence to be gained.  Led by experienced coaches, and assisted by a counselor staff of experienced athletes, campers are not only guaranteed a day full of sports and play, but also a day of fun.

Each morning focuses on a specific sport, rotating weekly between tennis, soccer, flag football, baseball and basketball. Campers grow through creative drills, games, and activities designed to build skills and confidence. Small group sizes and an excellent counselor to camper ratio enable all campers to be actively engaged and activities to be tailored to their ability level!

A great camper-athlete is well-rounded. Summer at Friends program includes daily Red Cross Learn-To-Swim instruction in one of two outdoor swimming pools located right on Friends’ 35 acre campus. The fun continues with daily tennis instruction with Summer at Friends’ very own tennis pro.

Enrollment is flexible (sign up only for the weeks you want), and lunch and snack are included! This co-ed camp is open to campers ages 7 – 11 and runs June 17 to August 9, 2019.
