Authorities made an explosive discovery in Dundalk on Wednesday night.

Baltimore County Police found a number of bomb-making materials at the home of William Osbourne on Shipping Pl. after a federal agent put them onto the scent. Police found two improvised devices, various chemicals, ammunitions, guns and military books. Investigators concluded that some of the items โ€œcould be used in the manufacture of explosives,โ€ police said. Translation: Theyโ€™re used to make bombs.

Osbourne, 31, was arrested, and is being held on $1.5 million bail.
