Authorities made an explosive discovery in Dundalk on Wednesday night.
Baltimore County Police found a number of bomb-making materials at the home of William Osbourne on Shipping Pl. after a federal agent put them onto the scent. Police found two improvised devices, various chemicals, ammunitions, guns and military books. Investigators concluded that some of the items “could be used in the manufacture of explosives,” police said. Translation: They’re used to make bombs.
Osbourne, 31, was arrested, and is being held on $1.5 million bail.
